There was not one thing about the facility I did not like. The facility was extremely clean, the staff, and I mean all of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming…the anesthesiologist was very friendly and calm…he was great. Dr Kassab my surgeon was excellent, so with that being said, I was working with an excellent team!

I had surgery on December 1^st and my experience was excellent. From start to finish the staff was knowledgeable, kind, and made the time prepping for surgery less stressful as I was nervous. I would highly recommend them for your surgery.

Surgery is never fun or enjoyable but the staff and accommodations at Michigan Specialty Surgery Center are far superior to my previous experiences. The staff from the front to the back are truly the very best. My care team was made up of 4 incredible nurses: Madison, Kelsey, Robyn, and Tiffany. They were so attentive, professional, genuinely kind and compassionate.

The whole experience was great. Everything was clean and bright. The staff took very good care of me and my husband. Everything was explained all through the day. I was worried about going to an outpatient facility but it was a better experience than the hospital. Best decision I made.

The facility is very clean and new. The staff is knowledge and caring. I’m glad to have been able to utilize this facility rather than going to the hospital. The care and expertise is top notch.

I feel like I had the constant attention of the nursing staff for my entire visit compared to a large hospital OR setting where several patients must be attended to once time. I prefer not to return for another joint replacement. But if I do, MI Specialty would be my first choice!

It felt like a mini-hospital. It was very clean and the staff l interacted with were great. I did not personally choose this facility for my procedure but my doctor did. However, if I am ever in the position to choose myself, I would have no qualms in choosing Michigan Specialty Surgery Center.

Pleasant and kind plus very professional with everything from registration until it was time to be discharged. Also, we forgot to bring my walker and just like someone who wants the best for the patient they provided me with a walker all the way to my car. I was able to get home with no problem. Once I arrived home, I was able to get my walker that I left at the door. Thank you so much. May God continue to bless the staff and doctors there.

Easily accessible. From check in to check out, everyone was kind, happy and made me feel safe and at ease. The care of the patient was the foremost in staff, from nurses to prep to surgeons. I was their number one priority.
